calmcontacts keeps the people you have met and the one next step you owe each of them.
It lives on your iPhone, works offline, and emails you on the mornings something is
actually due — and stays quiet on the mornings nothing is.
Not a task list. Each person has exactly one, and it
surfaces when it should.
On a date
Due Friday. It shows up Friday, and in that morning's email.
In a place
“When I’m next in Perth.” It waits until you are.
On a condition
“After the roundtable lands.” You watch it; it never fires on its own.
On hold
Parked on purpose, and deliberately left out of the digest.
How it works
1. Sign in with your email — a one-time
code, no password to keep.
2. Bring your list — import the
spreadsheet you already keep, as CSV. Re-import whenever it changes.
3. Triage on your phone — new people land
in an Inbox; give each one a next step, or park it.
4. Just ask — “who am I overdue
with?”, “log that I had coffee with Daisy”, “push Deborah out
a fortnight”. The assistant does it and tells you what it changed.
Your contacts go to an AI provider only on the
requests you make of the assistant. Sync, import, export and the daily digest never send
them anywhere — see the privacy
policy.
